Before you ask

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in from 12:00 to 18:00. Check-out from 07:00 to 11:00. The front desk is open 24 hours, so late arrivals are fine — just let us know by WhatsApp so Shaban can meet you.
Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is not included in the room rate, but our ground-floor pastry shop opens early and serves cappuccino, espresso, and fresh pastries — five steps from the lobby.
Where do I park?

Free street parking in front of the hotel. Shaban will reserve a space for you with a chair if he can — first-come, first-served.
Do you allow pets?

Pets are not allowed at Vila Emes.
Are cribs or extra beds available?

Cribs are not available. An extra bed can be added to most rooms for €5 per person, per night — let us know in advance.
What languages do you speak?

English, Italian, and Albanian — every day, all day.
